\"crownpoint\"<\/a>The day started with a nice breakfast at the Cadillac Cafe.\u00a0 After a quick stop by the Columbia Sport Outlet store, we made our way up Crown Point to see a nice view of the Columbia River Gorge.\u00a0 When we got to the point and got out the car, all I have to say is windy!\u00a0 I mean really windy!\u00a0 Did I mention it was windy?\u00a0 Actually it was the worst wind that I’ve ever been in by far.\u00a0 I don’t even know why we were out there to be honest.\u00a0 I just wanted to take a look and get the shot.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

After that we proceeded down the scenic route, stopping by little short hikes along the way.\u00a0 I saw quite a number of water falls.\u00a0 The weather was quite cold, around 35 F, especially when I had just flown in from Southern California the previous night.\u00a0 Here are some pictures from our hike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

After getting back and having an afternoon nap, we went to eat sushi at the place my friend Ben has been telling us about for a little while.\u00a0 I finally was going to confirm that the legends was true.\u00a0 We went to Saburo’s<\/a> to eat some sushi.\u00a0 I must say that it was well worth the hype.\u00a0 The sushi was fresh but the portions were huge and the price was very decent.\u00a0 Overall a good day.\u00a0 Portland is a beautiful place.\u00a0 I will be visiting the city tomorrow and just hanging out.\u00a0 We will end tomorrow by going to a Portland Trailblazers’ game.\u00a0 That should be exciting.\u00a0 Oh yeah, tonight was especially good because I got to talk to the wife via Skype.\u00a0 She’s in Taiwan right now visiting her sister.\u00a0 Until tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
